This retreat is an invitation to all who sense that humanity is at a threshold and wish to participate consciously in what comes next.
Dear Friends,
Over the last months, we (Hans Plasqui, Nish Dubashia and I) have been writing The Book of Becoming: An Integral Nondual Manifesto for a World in Transition.
We call it a manifesto not because it proclaims a new ideology or offers ready-made solutions. Quite the opposite. We call it a manifesto because it dares to ask bigger questions at a time when so much of our world seems uncertain. It is an invitation to reflect together on what it means to live consciously in a world in transition, how we want to relate to one another, and how we may participate in the unfolding of a future that is more beautiful, more awake, and more deeply human.
The book grew out of a profound sense that humanity is standing at a threshold.
Many of us feel it. Something old is losing its hold, yet what is coming next is not yet fully visible. We find ourselves between worlds, navigating ecological crises, political polarization, technological acceleration, and a deep longing for meaning and belonging.
At the same time, there are countless signs of something new emerging.
In parallel I started the podcast Co-Creating the Third Attractor, a series of conversations with philosophers, spiritual teachers, scientists, systems thinkers, activists, and cultural visionaries.
The question was simple:
Can we create a future that is more attractive than chaos and authoritarianism?
The answers have been wonderfully diverse. Some point to inner transformation, others to new systems and institutions. Some emphasize spiritual awakening, others collective intelligence, ecological wisdom, or new forms of governance. There are no simple answers. If anything, these conversations have shown us how immense and beautiful this inquiry really is.
And yet, beneath all the different perspectives, we sense a common movement.
A movement toward greater wholeness.
Toward a humanity that remembers itself as part of a larger unfolding.
Toward a way of being that no longer separates spirit from world, inner from outer, self from other, but learns to hold Being and Becoming as one living reality.
This retreat is born from this shared exploration.
For the first days, we will devote ourselves mainly to Being.
We will slow down.
We will meditate.
We will become quiet enough to rediscover the stillness beneath our thoughts, the spaciousness beneath our identities, and the silent presence that has always been here.
Not as an escape from the world, but as a return to the ground from which all meaningful action arises.
Gradually, we will open into Becoming.
We will explore relationship and dialogue, paradox and purpose, collective intelligence and cultural transformation. We will ask what it means to participate consciously in evolution, not from the restless impulse to fix the world, but from a deeper listening to what life itself may be asking of us.
We do not expect to find final answers.
Perhaps wisdom today means something else.
Perhaps wisdom means becoming more intimate with uncertainty while remaining deeply committed to life.
Perhaps it means learning to listen so carefully that a future can emerge through us which none of us could have imagined alone.
This retreat is an invitation into such a listening.
A listening to ourselves.
A listening to one another.
A listening to the world.
And maybe even a listening to that mysterious impulse at the heart of existence that has been moving through the cosmos for billions of years and is still not finished creating.
If these words resonate with you, we would be delighted to welcome you.
With love,
Daniela and the Manifest Nirvana Team

This retreat is a shared exploration of what becomes possible when we listen deeply to ourselves, to one another, and to the future that is asking to be born.
The Stillness that Grounds Us
Meditation invites us to rediscover the silent ground of our existence. Beneath the endless movement of thoughts, emotions, hopes, and fears lives a stillness spacious enough to hold all of it. In this retreat, meditation is not a technique for self-improvement, but a gentle return to what has always been here: the simple awareness in which all experience arises and passes away. As we rest more deeply in this timeless presence, our striving begins to soften and a different kind of intelligence becomes available to us. We discover that we do not need to transcend our humanity, nor escape the world, but can learn to inhabit life more fully, more openly, and more compassionately. In the stillness that grounds us, we remember that Being is not separate from life. It is the ever-present source from which all authentic Becoming unfolds.

The Evolutionary Impulse Within
Yet life does not only ask us to rest. It also invites us to participate. The same stillness that grounds us moves through us as creativity, courage, longing, and the mysterious impulse toward greater wholeness. Becoming is not a project of self-creation, nor a race toward some imagined perfection. It is an ever-deepening participation in a movement of life that is far larger than ourselves. Together we explore what it means to act from presence, to embrace paradox without rushing to resolution, and to respond to the challenges of our time with wisdom rather than certainty. We do not know what the future will bring. But perhaps our task is not to know. Perhaps it is to become available to what is trying to emerge through us, individually and collectively, in service of a world that longs to become more conscious of itself.
Where the Future Begins Between Us
Something extraordinary becomes possible when people gather in sincerity, humility, and shared inquiry. Dialogue becomes more than conversation. It becomes a living field in which new insights emerge, old identities soften, and a deeper intelligence begins to reveal itself. We discover that we are not isolated individuals trying to solve the future alone, but participants in a larger unfolding whose shape none of us can fully foresee. The future is not a destination waiting for us, nor a blueprint we can design. It is a living possibility emerging between us, inviting our presence, our courage, and our willingness to listen deeply. Perhaps this is where real transformation begins: not in certainty, but in the sacred space we create together, where Being and Becoming meet and something entirely new becomes possible.
